Technisource is currently seeking a SQL Server DBA. This resource needs to have experience supporting Application Developers, performing database maintenance, and helping or developing SQL queries. This resource would perform all SQL Server related maintenance for the production and non-production systems, and resolve problems and answer questions related to the SQL Server and Windows environment. Facilitate application development and client problem resolution with optimum speed and efficiency. This resource will provide performance monitoring and tuning, closely monitor performance, identify problems and implement solutions, and ensure the database is running at optimum speed and efficiency. Perform database backup and recovery, respond quickly to refresh data, verify implementation of correct backup strategy, develop recovery procedures, and support recovery from loss of data caused by application, user or system error.
