ServiceLink Loss Mitigation Services has an immediate need for a
Trainer. The Trainer will be under general supervision, this
position administers, organizes, and conducts training and
educational programs in connection with on-the-job training,
orientation, operational procedures and/or regulatory
requirements and compliance relevant to Loss Mitigation.
Maintains records of training activities and employee progress
and monitors the effectiveness of the program.
- Designs and prepares training materials and documentation,
including training presentations, quick reference cards, job
aids, standard workaround procedures, lesson plans, surveys, and
pre- and post-training assessments. Assists in compiling and
updating procedures manuals
- Personally conducts individual and group training sessions
for system end users. Works with operations supervisors and/or
managers to identify training needs stemming from new or revised
policies/procedures. Ensures a consistent approach/format for
training where appropriate. Updates and maintains materials
common to all systems training programs
- Assists in reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of
training programs. Identifies new training needs in order to
ensure the ability to effectively lead training courses
- Adheres to corporate information security guidelines and
promotes information security and the protection of automated
corporate assets among co-workers by encouraging them to practice
safe computing and to follow information security guidelines
- Works with manager to create necessary dictionary items to
report required data
